“Leasing Only” Services Include*:
- Evaluating the property and determining a competitive current market rental rate
- Creative advertising & marketing of the property
- Answer questions and viewing inquiries to prospective tenants
- Unlimited property showings to potential tenants
- Applicant screening and selection
- Credit check
- Rental history
- Employment verification
- Lease negotiation & execution services
- Collection of first month’s rent, security deposit, cleaning deposit, pet deposit, etc
- Prepare and monitor move-in process
*After this process, we turn the day-to-day management process back to you. Although, feel free to elect the “Monthly Management” service in addition to our “Leasing Only” services for a combined property management package.
**The fee for our “Leasing Only” service is 50% of one month’s rental income. This fee is payable only after a tenant has been selected for the property.
